Making A Purchase

We can either set you up with an account which you can sign on to or you can email or phone us with orders. Please contact us for the latest price list.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and most Debit Cards.
Payment via Paypal is available by sending funds to the email address: email@example.com. Checkout as normal and select the Paypal Transfer option. Please include your order number when using this service.
Cheques, in GBP only, should be made payable and sent to Spiral Galaxy Games Ltd, Unit B Halesfield 20, Telford, TF7 4QU, United Kingdom. Goods are not sent until your cheque has cleared.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is calculated according to the weight of the products you order.
The customer is responsible for entering their Address and Post Code correctly and for collecting from the Post Office or Parcelforce if they are not in when delivery is attempted. We will notify you when items are returned to us as the Post Office or Parcelforce has been unable to deliver. In this circumstance we will charge you for the Postal element of your order again before we will ship your order back to you. Note that you can choose a separate Delivery Address when you place your order.
All shipping is done using the Post Office or ParcelForce.
Shipping for orders in excess of £150.00 is currently done FREE for UK retail customers.
We despatch your order right away, within one or two working days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number or our invoice number in all correspondence.
Free Delivery of orders over £150.00 are despatched via Parcelforce 24 hour service.
If your item is not in stock, we will let you know and you will have the option to back-order or to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Pre-Orders are taken against products before release. The money is debited from your credit card at the time the order is taken and Spiral Galaxy Games Ltd then undertake to supply you the product within 10 days of the published launch date, as shown on this website, or your money will be returned in full.
Where a Pre-Order is mixed with existing products we will generally wait until the Pre-Order arrives and then ship the whole of your order together. If you would like existing products to arrive earlier please make a separate order.
|Tax Charges All prices include VAT at the local applicable rate as appropriate. Orders for countries outside the EU are processed with no VAT as local Taxes will be applied on arrival. Spiral Galaxy Games guarantees, to the best of our ability, to ensure that the product you receive will be complete and fit for it's intended use. If this is not the case then you have up to 7 days from the day after you received the product to return it to us for a full refund. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage to Spiral Galaxy Games. You have the right to cancel your order with us, this can be done up to 7 days from the day after the goods are received by you. In the event of cancellation you must notify us either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to Daniel Wilkinson, Unit B Halesfield 20, Telford, TF7 4QU. You must return the product to us at the address shown. We will return the cost of the product within 30 days of notice of cancellation and after receipt of your return. The customer is responsible for paying both the outbound and return postage.
The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.
