The adapter set includes 8 specifically cut tiles which allow you to combine front and back sides of existing Zpocalypse tiles in the same game. In addition there are 8 flat sided adapters, which allow you to use Zpocalypse tiles with non GreenBrier games tiles for your own custom zombie / wasteland themed games. The 8 double sided Zpocalypse tiles feature a Road on one side and Toxic River on the other.
Aftermath: Fortifications is a collection of miniatures specifically designed to work with the board game Zpocalypse, as well as games using 25-28mm scale miniatures. The detail in the set shows how dire an apocalyptic setting can be. In order to make the mountain of sandbags, tires, and wood with spikes, someone had to lend a hand...or a foot. Strapped together with razor wire, the former iron gate mixed with mattresses and cement blocks is as solid as you can get in the badlands of Zpocalypse. So you might as well take the tires, add some spikes and corrugated metal and wrap the whole thing with the thickest chain you can find. Use it to keep your unhappy new home cozy. These fortifications are just a taste of what you will find inside.

8 Glow In The Dark d6 Dice for Zpocalypse, a Z replaces the 6 on each.
Once places of healing and refuge, the hospitals and FEMA camps were possibly hit the worst. People with injuries and illnesses were unable to defend themselves from either the virus or the biters. They became a sea of undead almost instantly. These locations are red zones, off limits to everyone except the most desperate and the most adventurous. Those who dare to navigate them will find medicine and equipment. But will the zombies stay dormant? Or will your squad awaken their fury?
Where Zpocalypse introduced the mechanics of Quick Play Rules with the "Day Zero" scenario, Zmergency masters the Quick Play mechanic. The Quick Play scenario is a Combat Phase only game. These scenarios provide a shortened game play experience for those looking for some quick and dirty combat. Additionally, in Zmergency the map expands differently than in the Main Game. You start with a single tile determined by the scenario you choose. On your turn you may "walk off" of the board and place a new tile. Unlike Zpocalypse, where players roll to determine how many zombies spawn on that tile, Zmergency rules use the Encounter Cards deck.
